Tournaments are independently run by local committees, and they choose how to accept payments for their tournaments. The payment system for each tournament is not linked to the NAGVA website. Each tournament committee must manually update a team's status as payments are made, and there will likely be a delay between the time the payment is made and the time the status is updated. 

Who can I contact about the payment status for my team?

If you have any questions about tournament registration fees, you can reach out to the local tournament director who is running the tournament.  You can find the tournament director information on any tournament page in the upper-right corner of the page.  Click their name and that will give open an e-mail where you can ask them.
