Player ratings may be appealed by logging into your profile, going to Forms, and filling out the Grievance Form. The appeal will be processed by the Director of Eligibility following the same steps of a grievance (see details in this article). There is one exception: The decision of the Director of Eligibility is final and cannot be appealed further.

The request should document reasons the player feels the rating was completed improperly or should otherwise be invalidated.
